Well-equipped room, yummy food and top-notch service. Whatever my needs were the absolutely perfect staff was always available to fulfill them. I got free upgrade and loved it. A bathtub was luxurious and everything was great.

It was a hip new, impeccably clean hotel. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff at the property were very welcoming. Wonderful location, easy walk to whitby pavilion.

Gorgeous property with a VERY GOOD breakfast. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Also, we could visit whitby harbour, it was 10 minutes' drive away.

Fine base for 2 nights. It's a deluxe place with spotless rooms and favourable location. We appreciated the amenities, such as a heating system, an iron and TV.
